Leinster monitoring Sexton

Leinster will continue to monitor Johnny Sexton as he follows the return to play protocols.

Sexton was ruled out of the Guinness PRO14 Rainbow Cup defeat to Munster as a result of the head injury he suffered in the Heineken Champions Cup win over Exeter.

He has been ruled out of the weekend's semi-final against La Rochelle as he continues his recovery in the hope of being available for the trip to The Sportsground to face Connacht in the Rainbow Cup.

The Blues captain continues to train while following the return to play protocols and head coach Leo Cullen will be hoping he is declared fit with games against Connacht and Ulster on the horizon.
