Leinster and Ireland winger James Lowe has returned to training as he continues his recovery from the groin injury he suffered in the Autumn Nations Cup campaign in November.
The New Zealand-born winger will require ongoing assessment as he steps up his training regime, but could be in line to feature in Leinster's rescheduled PRO14 game against Scarlets on January 30th.
Leinster have also been boosted by the return to training of out-half Ciaran Frawley following a hamstring injury and back row Scott Penny who has completed Graduated Return to Play Protocols following the head injury he suffered in the defeat to Connacht last Saturday week.
There were no new issues for Rhys Ruddock, Jordan Larmour and Josh Murphy who all returned from injury in the 24-12 victory over Ulster on Friday night and will train as normal this week.
However, hooker Sean Cronin requires further assessment on the knee injury he suffered in that game.
