United booked their place in the fourth round with a 1-0 win over Watford on Saturday night and Monday's draw saw them paired with the reigning Premier League champions, who overcame Aston Villa in the last round.
Defending champions Arsenal face the winners of the third round tie between Shrewsbury and Southampton, which was postponed due to a number of positive Covid-19 tests in the Shrewsbury camp.
Tottenham face a trip to Wycombe Wanderers, while Manchester City are also away from home after being drawn against League Two side Cheltenham.

The fourth round ties will take place the weekend of January 22-25, while the fifth round will be played midweek of the week commencing February 8.
