O'Mara sidelined with arm injury

Tipperary wing-back Bryan O'Mara will be out of action for between four and six weeks after suffering a fractured arm in the drawn Allianz Leagues opener against Limerick at the Gaelic Grounds last Saturday.

O'Mara, who made his senior debut for Tipperary in last year's Allianz Leagues, suffered the injury late in the second half and was replaced by Padraic Maher.

The Holycross-Ballycahill clubman could now miss the remainder of the league campaign as he begins his recovery.

One of the Premier County's crop of rising young stars, O'Mara was a member of the team which won the U20 All-Ireland title in 2019.
